Any german car specialist will be able to do it, infact any competant garage will be fine. Elite Cars in Stockton comes highly reccomended too.

Ah bugger, it's been done now.

However, I do need new front brakes. I've been thinking about the 312mm Audi TT upgrade that seems very popular. But I wouldn't be confident about fitting them myself.

Possibly might work out too expensive like, got the summer holiday to think about, so may just got for a stand disc and pad swap

A job for you?

cambelts are one of the more involved jobs.......... a brake upgrade like that is easily managed for anyone who can do disc and pads as the carriers will be off anyway for new discs.... so if your m8's can do it i'd just get them involved or someone off this forum for a few beer tokens

edit: don't forget to connect the brake hoses up and bleed them...... thats a top tip otherwise your next drive will be an expensive one hehe

Well I'm not confident in my own ability to do anything car related, about from drive and clean. Although I can change bulbs and I did fit a pd160 air intake, which I was quite pleased about!

So beer tokens are on offer if anybody who would like to take charge of this job, I'll labour!
